How to order
Choose a product and select “Order via WhatsApp”. A message opens with the product name and reference. Add your preferred size or option and quantity, then await company confirmation.
Order confirmation and payment — company approval required
The order confirmation process, accepted payment methods and invoicing must be specified. Sending an enquiry alone does not confirm an order.
Delivery — company approval required
Service areas, charges, any minimum order, delivery times and installation terms for furniture and equipment are not yet approved. The company must confirm these details before an order is completed.
Exchanges and returns — company approval required
Exchange and return periods, procedures and treatment of opened or personal-use products are not yet approved. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact the company with the order reference and photographs of the issue. The final policy must respect applicable consumer rights.
